Yoga for Beginners

First of all, don't be intimidated.  Yoga isn't about showing off, being judged, or standing on your head.  I provide a quiet, calm, and welcoming environment with instructions that are tailored to your ability and goals.  It's not a competition.  There is no right or wrong.  It's about working toward a new balance in your life for your mind, body, and soul.

Yoga for Kids

In a society that puts value on the number of electronic gadgets you have, it's more important than ever to get your kids moving.  And it's never too early to teach them physical techniques that can provide benefits their entire lives.  It's also helps calm them and keep them focused.  As a former school teacher and coach, I love working with kids and making it fun for them.

Yoga for Seniors/Special Needs

It is so important to be active!  Don't be afraid that you can't physically do it, or that you have to memorize a routine.  I have worked with people who cannot stand, have poor balance, or have physical or mental challenges.  In addition, I have recently developed an after-school yoga program for the Poudre School District that includes at-risk students.

Yoga for Runners

I've been a swimmer, tennis player, golfer, volleyball player, gymnast, and a runner.  Of all those, I know the toll running does to a body.  I have developed a special post-run program for runners that involves yoga, stretching, and healing.  I understand the mind and body of an athlete, and will work with you to get you to the next level.
