Bonnie Kaye "BoKaye" Schowalter
When I was a little girl, my grandmother gave me the nickname "BoKaye" by combining my first and middle names. It's been my family nickname ever since.
I'm one of those people who can't stand still. Even before I got into organized sports, I was running, dancing, skating, doing anything to burn the excess energy. As I've gotten older, I've slowed a bit...but I'm still a gym rat.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. I am a Certified Yoga Instructor, and a Certified "Laughter" Yoga Instructor. I've taught and coached most of my life.
I live in Northern Colorado with my husband, who I've known since I was 13, and our three cats.
